Policies

Room rates for our New Mexico lodging are from $109 to $225 per night, plus tax. We welcome inquiries regarding corporate rates as well as rates for extended getaway visits to our Albuquerque B&B Inn.

Rooms are reserved with a credit card (Discover card, MasterCard, VISA, or American Express).  We accept payment by choice of personal check, traveler's checks, or business checks in addition to credit card.

Cancellation policy: Please notify 14 days prior to arrival (30 days on holidays or on reservations of 2 or more rooms) to avoid a cancellation fee. If cancellation is made later, guests are responsible for the entire stay unless the rooms(s) can be rebooked for the same length of time. A different policy exists for Balloon Fiesta and will be discussed at the time the reservations are made.

Rooms are available after 3 p.m.

Checkout is 11 a.m.

For the comfort and safety of our guests, smoking is only permitted outdoors.

Pet Friendly:  We welcome our special friends in specific accommodations.   For the maximum comfort and privacy of all our guests, pets are welcome in our casitas and Guest House.
